Infosys is seeking Sr Program Manager with exceptional Planning, Project Management, Client Stakeholder Management and Operations control skills. Analyzing and solutioning staffing requirements in new age digital skills is a key skillset. In the role of Program Manager, you will plan, track, and execute Managed Services Maintenance and Development projects. Perform stakeholder management involving client and internal stake holders. Proactively identify client needs and prepare talent-oriented solutions; Support projects, review deliverables of project teams and report project status, manage resources, ensure successful delivery and implementation, manage project risks and drive innovation in the outcomes. Required Qualification:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technologies.
• At least 7 years of experience in Healthcare/Insurance domain.
• Experience in managing large managed services program with team size greater than 100, across multiple business functions for the client.
• Ability to build and manage relation with senior leadership of Client including Sr. Directors, VP and CIO.
• Experience working in large proposals $5M+ and successful in converting the same.
• Extensive Experience in Complex support and maintenance projects from various source systems and varied technologies.
• Experience in delivering large projects in global delivery model.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies/SCRUM.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Demonstrated success managing medium to large scale, diverse and complex projects completing simultaneously. Capability to work well independently or leading a project team/effort with limited supervision, strong team collaboration.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams/projects, platforms.
• Well versed in project management processes supporting project work to facilitate the creation of standard project documents and artifacts.
• Possesses excellent time management, strong analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills. Strong facilitation and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams/projects, possesses ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Demonstrable ability to work multi-functionally with business and technology communities to accomplish expected committed project outcomes, apply an enterprise project management methodology and framework (i.e., PACE).
• Understand healthcare technology architecture and application landscape by functional area.
• Good Technical foundational skills in understanding Microsoft technologies of .Net, SQL Server, Azure, DevOps, API integrations, Data warehousing, Analytics and Reports etc.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
