A day in the life



Prologis is looking for an Analyst to join our Investment Committee team and partner with our Capital Deployment and Finance teams globally. In this role, you will provide analytical support for industrial real estate transactions, coordinate Investment Committee approval processes, policies and procedures, and collaborate with stakeholders across global teams.



Key responsibilities include:



  • Analyze and provide support for cashflow discounting models used in acquisitions, development, dispositions and contributions which includes evaluation of investment yields, NPV, IRR and profitability of potential industrial real estate investments utilizing Argus & Excel

  • Review investment memos and underwriting models for accuracy according to Prologis policy, procedures and underwriting standards

  • Assist in preparation and analysis of Stabilized Development Reviews and Development Track record reports and presentations

  • Create and maintain formal training documentation on investment underwriting and investment memo preparation

  • Update and maintain Investment memo and underwriting model templates

  • Assist in updating Investment Committee Policy and Procedures

  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices across all Global Regions as it pertains to investment analysis




Building blocks for success



  • 1+ years minimum of experience in a real estate finance role preferred

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are required, with the ability to manipulate and analyze real estate financial models

  • Argus certification and/or advanced expertise is preferred

  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and concepts

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in partnering with global colleagues

  • Ability to understand, calculate, and present complex financial analyses and concepts to internal stakeholders

  • Positive and proactive self-starter with the ability to creatively seek new solutions and perform both independently and as part of a team

  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining efficiency and accuracy

  • Prior real estate and / or finance experience



Hiring Salary Range of: $72,000-105,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
