Position Overview: Location:?Everett, WA ON-SITE Role
Pay:?$21-22 hourly
Shift:?Monday- Friday / 8:30am-5pm
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! WILL TRAIN! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Customer Associate. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist customers with product information, order placement, and troubleshooting.
Process and track orders, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
