Senior Business Analyst to support an enterprise IT refresh. The Senior BA analyzes and improves business processes and develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Sr BA works collaboratively with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to identify opportunities and develop strategies. The Sr BA develops detailed requirements, prepares cost/benefit analyses, and SWOT reports, and uses various BABOK tools and methodologies to ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed SWOT analysis for highly complex IT network refresh
Analyze current IT business processes and identify areas for improvement
Prepare cost/benefit analyses for potential solutions
Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
Monitor and report on the progress of business initiatives
Utilize data analysis tools to analyze trends and identify opportunities
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Active SECRET clearance

Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods. The position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting to 50 lbs.
