Responsibilities:
Assist with the admissions process, including handling inquiries, completing paperwork, and coordinating with clinical teams.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors during the admissions process.
Ensure all admission documentation is accurate, complete, and filed appropriately.
Maintain communication with the nursing team, social services, and other departments to facilitate a smooth admission process.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Work weekends as part of your regular schedule to ensure seamless admissions coverage.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in admissions, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Weekend availability is required.
