We are looking for a dynamic Workforce Development Specialist (WDS) to help us expand our existing customer base. In this role, you will deal directly with our existing partners to find expansion opportunities and build a sales pipeline for new opportunities. To be successful as a WDS you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales. Ultimately, a top-class WDS can improve and increase sales by creating lasting bonds with customers.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leadfollow-up and outbound cold calls
Communicating with new and existing partners - Case Managers/Workforce Office Directors/Employer partners
Drive both sales growth and account retention by introducing the MedCerts product offerings
Setting up virtual appointments for Workforce Development Managers and hosting individual online meetings
Develop and implement outreach strategies in designated territories
Analyzing customer behavior
Building positive relationships with partners
Working collaboratively across teams
Creative problem solving
Special grant project facilitation
Close sales andachieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identifykey players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory in Salesforce
Understanding customer needsand requirements
Routing qualified opportunitiesto the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years' experience in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and patience
Advanced organizational skills
Flexibility associated with workload during peak times
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a remote position in which work will be completed during normal business hours (approximately 8:30am - 5:00pm).
