Role overview



The Corporate Trainer (CT) reporting to the Sr. Corporate trainer is responsible to assist in delivering and improving Accolade's onboarding and continuing education training programs. The CT will directly be responsible for developing, leading remote and in-person training and evaluating training effectiveness. The CT will partner with operational leadership to develop training materials and continuously adapt as programmatic changes occur.



A day in the life...



  • Participate in all phases of training program administration including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation

  • A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire learners

  • Partner and communicate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to validate and demonstrate training content.

  • Act as a subject Matter Expert on the Autism Coordinator role and champion of Accolade culture

  • Understand each learner's performance, with an ability to coach in both group and individual settings

  • Provide specific and balanced feedback to learners to motivate and help them overcome barriers

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and efficiency and partner cross functionally




What we are looking for...



  • Associates degree mandatory, Bachelor's degree in education (BAE) preferred



  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, education, employee onboarding, facilitation or people leadership

  • Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability and organization



  • Passionate about training and helping new and tenured learners succeed.

  • Possess and apply critical thinking and decision-making skills

  • Demonstrated ability to use training development tools, (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Scribe/Claude)



  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals at various levels within the organization
