Your Next Career Opportunity – Business Systems Analyst II

This position serves as a liaison between the business and IT to provide technical and business solutions that meet user needs.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities


  • Act as a liaison between IT teams and business teams.

  • Gathers, interprets and uses complex data and information to create functional and technical requirements for systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, HRIS Systems and other various internally developed applications.

  • Constructs workflow diagrams, wire frames designs, learns system capabilities and writes specifications and provides requirements documentation to development team.

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the various business units within the organization.

  • Gain a strong understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities.

  • Ability to lead requirements gathering, future state design and fit-gap analysis meetings with business stakeholders.

  • Familiar with application development methodologies including Agile. .

  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and assists in managing projects.

  • Assist QA testing when needed.

  • Provide weekly status reporting to the leadership team.

  • Ensures Sarbanes Oxley compliance on all initiatives.

  • Maintains sign-off documentation and other SDLC methodology documentation as required.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese preferred

  • H.S. Diploma/GED Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems/Technology or related field of study preferred;
    • and 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology serving in an IT Business Analyst role. Experienced in the Business Analysis Process, Process Improvement, Documentation, Diagrams, Data Flow, Process Flow, and all documentation around these areas. Previous exposure to CRM environments.


  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and ability to work with MS Office suite of products including Outlook, Visio and Project.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Certified in Business Analysis -PMI Industry Business Analysis Certification
