What you will do
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Power Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team within PGIM, the Global Investment Management division of Prudential Financial. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for defining and executing end to end strategy for Power Platform adoption in PGIM including front-to-back architecture for managing green, yellow and red zone applications, environment management, SDLC lifecycle and partnership between citizen and pro developers. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust, efficient technical solutions. Your focus will be on optimizing processes and data flows to eliminate redundancy and enhance performance, ensuring that the solutions you develop are systematic and efficient. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in leveraging automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency within the organization.
This role is based in our office in Newark, NJ. Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely and/ from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. This position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring weekly basis 2 days per week.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $135,000 to $160,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
