Job Description:

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. (SBG), a DSS, Inc. company, offers Systems Engineering, Enterprise Modernization, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and IT Governance innovation to Federal and commercial clients nationwide. We are looking for a Federal Business Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate for the position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced government contractor environment.  The position location is remote, within the NCR, but will need to be available to attend meetings at SBG’s HQ office in Alexandria, VA as required.

OVERVIEW:

 

Federal Business Research Analyst (FBRA) will generally be responsible for:
 


  • The SBG Government Contracting Management System (GCMS) maintenance, and Pipeline Opportunities regular updating.

  •  Working with and supporting of Growth Team Members.

  • Organized and detail-orientated records but most importantly, must have a passion for policies and procedures.

  • Opportunity Research as requested by Team members.

Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring external regulatory resources to help guide current and future business actions.

  • Ensuring data requirements for pipeline, partner dashboard, rtep, tor, to, renewal, pws, rfp, sow, rfi, ssn, mr, reporting, etc. are satisfied in GCMS.

  • Expert research skills in GovWin, SAM.gov, FDPS, AFPS, USA Spending, and GSA eBuy.

  • Owning and coordinating assembling of required information.

  • Responding, investigating and/or resolving inquiries and issues or escalating to appropriate person to be resolved in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining Account Plans in GCMS after researching and resolving identified discrepancies.

  • Maintaining Partner/Subcontractors Records and Vetting.

  • Supporting processes necessary for successful proposal submission.

  • Maintaining SBG Events Schedule.

  • Bachelor s degree Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of (2) years of experience in GovCon environment required.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of technical experience, analytical/research background preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret regulations, statutes, etc.

  • Excellent customer service orientation with strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required

  • Strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

  • Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Explorer) SharePoint Online, M365, and Microsoft TEAMs.
