The purpose of this position is to reconcile all retail sales tendered with a gift card, debit, or credit card. This position also reviews credit card chargebacks and disputes and manages, resolves and responds to customer and store inquiries involving Point-of-Sale (POS) and Automated Teller Machine (ATM) transactions, as well as prepares related journal entries (JEs). This position also provides financial management services to enable and support information-based decision making.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or another analytical discipline with no relevant business experience or equivalent experience or
Associate’s degree in Accounting or another analytical discipline with at least 2 years relevant business experience or equivalent experience or
High school diploma or its equivalent with at least 4 years relevant business experience or equivalent experience

Willingness to show a high degree of flexibility and work extended hours (evenings and weekends), as necessary, to meet department needs
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or another analytical discipline with 2 years EFT Accounting experience
Knowledge of Accounting principles
Knowledge of Banking Regulation E
Knowledge of QIP methodology
