Job Description:

We are in search of an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our client on a direct hire basis. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance. This role involves conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and monitoring production processes to guarantee compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.






Reports to: Director of Quality Control


Location: Londonderry, NH


Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 depending on experience


Schedule:



  • Monday - Thursday (7:00am - 5:00pm)

  • Friday (7:00am - 11am)

  • Flexible and customizable scheduling offered as needed



Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products within a cleanroom environment

  • Use precision measuring tools and equipment to perform tests and record data

  • Compare product measurements to specifications and document any deviations

  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and tests performed

  • Prepare and submit inspection reports summarizing findings and recommendations

  • Document non-conformances and work with the production team to address and correct issues

  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards

  • Identify areas for process improvements and collaborate with production teams to implement changes

  • Conduct audits of production processes and quality control systems

  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues

  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving product quality and process efficiency



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of RF Microwave QC experience is required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in quality control is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards, testing methodologies, and inspection techniques

  • Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
