Job Description:

Hospitality position provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks at a client location. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide “White Glove” hospitality services


• Coordinating Catering orders for meetings and events


• Set-up rooms for meetings and events as specified


• Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies


• Organize pantry and kitchen as needed


• Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks


• Manage supply inventory, order hospitality supplies


• Daily maintenance of Coffee Bar (Training will be provided)


• Backup to receptionist as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED


• Minimum of 3-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred


• Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints


• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.


• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time


• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel


• Monday -Friday Flexibility is Needed

The Compensation range for this role is 14.66 to 21.98 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
