The Sr. Director, Strategic Initiatives leader will lead design, implementation and management of highly complex strategic initiatives. Work with leadership and BU to deliver detailed designs for business cases and initiatives across the company.
What you'll do
Organize and coordinate staff functions and activities such as Staff meetings, Annual Calibration, Mid-Year Assessment, Business Case Development, Annual Initiative & Roadmap planning, etc.
Work closely with the PEL Leader and assist with daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining daily action lists, assisting with initiative budgets, and tracking staffing requirements.
Identify process efficiencies and institute EWS Tech org wide processes to streamline delivery, compliance, and overall daily operations
Work closely with human resource business partners, finance business partners, P&E, etc. groups developing actions plans and driving execution on collaborative projects within the business segment.
Lead employee engagement programs (such as rewards & recognition, anniversary management, etc.) partnering closely with the HR Business Partner, and building and developing relationships with employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness
Develop reporting for the department as needed to track operational measurements, KPIs, Vendor engagements, etc. to track progress and identify/resolve obstacles. Coordinate overall relationship management and oversight organization with our key sourcing vendor partners.
Special projects include development of decks and communication materials showcasing work executed, goals, projects, etc. to be shared with leadership and stakeholders.
Organize and execute communication initiatives on monthly, quarterly, and annual cadences.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization as well as the overall EFX Technology org model, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
What experience you need
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills & experience
7+ years of driving strategic initiatives in technology

5+ years experience in a Program/Project leadership role
2+ years experience and proficiency in G-Suite
Highly Collaborative with the ability to effectively facilitate & negotiate for needed results
