Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and inspire a team of bartenders to deliver outstanding service and maintain our high standards of hospitality. Foster a positive, energetic work environment where everyone is encouraged to shine.
Operational Excellence: Oversee bar operations, including scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and maintaining equipment. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the bar is always clean and organized.
Guest Experience: Provide a top-notch guest experience by engaging with customers and handling any issues with grace. Create an environment where guests feel welcome and valued.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions that enhance the Margaritaville experience and drive business.
Qualifications
Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred, with a strong background in crafting cocktails and mixology
Knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
Ability to lead and direct a team
