Salary: $34.63 per hour

SUMMARY

The Management Analyst will support the Program Coordinator in the implementation of the AAIMM Doula Program. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Participate in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the AAIMM Doula Program;


• Ensure timely and accurate submission of doula activity logs, doula invoices, and client data forms;


• Assist with development and implementation of program evaluation protocols, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis, and make recommendations;


• Participate in program planning meetings, and meetings with Unit Chief;


• Assist with Perinatal Innovation Unit duties, as assigned. 

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Attend optional staff trainings and events.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

The Managemen Analyst will have a strong working knowledge of racial equity and perinatal health, including the social determinants of health. The Management Analyst will have a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and two years of experience performing basic to routine analytical assignments that involved researching, analyzing, and synthesizing data, as well as recommending solutions to problems related to administrative or program support functional areas.

Education/Experience 

• Bachelors degree required; Masters in Public Health preferred

Certificates/Licenses/Clearances

• Successful clearance of LA County Live Scan required.

Other Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel for case management and data
