General Summary:


The Associate, IT Application Management is responsible for ensuring best practices for designing, developing solutions, extending, and supporting various modules and components of Siebel applications suite. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.


Design by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications. Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications. Recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures and solutions.


In addition, the Associate will be responsible for providing reporting and transparency on IT KPIs, service, and quality levels, and provide insights for all stakeholders, including but not limited to vendors, internal team members, and Digital leadership team. This role will be expected to collaborate with IT teams to test new strategies and come up with actionable recommendations to help improve HCA's technology landscape.



Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Analysis & Design: Work with HCA IT Applications teams and business by participating in design, code, and testing throughout software life cycle to identify issues/defects. Collaborates internally within team and across teams to identify and fix technical issues or drive design or implementation of new features.

2. Agile Adoption: Continuously improve development processes and methodologies, leveraging Kanban and Scrum methodologies. Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards. Identify trends and anomalies that may impact overall delivery and productivity of IT resources. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance metrics and KPIs for all internal and external stakeholders.

3. Application Monitoring: Coordinate with HCA technical leads to implement changes to infrastructure, configurations, processes, or applications. Collaborate with technical leads, IT governance, and other resources to ensure management processes are optimized to ensure Application availability and reliability.

4. Documentation: Create design and technical documentation. Ensure Best Practices are followed. Ensure Security, Risk, and Compliance standards are followed.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic to intermediate technical skills; Siebel CRM, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Python & basic IT application/architecture concepts.

• Exari DocGen knowledge is a plus

• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.



Qualifications



• Minimum 5 years' experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools in the finance and/or IT industry.

• Automotive Finance industry background a plus.

• Exposure to IT incident, availability, and service level management preferred.

• Bachelor's degree required.



Physical Requirements and Working Condition:


Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
