Job Summary:The ERP System Support Specialist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, SQL report writing, assisting in the implementation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of integrated ERP enterprise applications. The position works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This is an exempt, staff position reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications.Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Receive and work incidents and service requests submitted by users for multiple applications

  • Work on projects as designated by the Director of Enterprise Applications or as needed with other departments

  • Configure, maintain and support multiple applications

  • Assign application security for multiple applications

  • Work with third-party vendors on configuration, integration, and data issues

  • Configure Banner printers

  • SQL Report Writing

  • May be required to travel to work-related conferences, in and out of state

  • Performs other related tasks as needed

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related area with two years of experience OR a related associate degree with three years of experience.Knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systemsKnowledge of networkingKnowledge of SFTP and SSHKnowledge of SSOKnowledge of VPNExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Ellucian Banner and related applicationsExperience with UC4 Automic job schedulerExperience with Evisions applicationsExperience with UNIX and/or PowerShell scriptingExperience with Oracle SQLExperience with using a help desk ticketing application



Salary:

55,000 - 58,000
