Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching doctoral level leadership courses, K-12 focused and higher education courses, depending upon individual expertise; mentoring students; serving on dissertation committees; and maintaining a professional research agenda. In addition, all faculty are expected to engage with K-12 partners and prospective students, upon request; contribute to ongoing program improvement efforts; and participate in committee service at the program, School, and/or University level, as well as to the broader professional community.
Workload
Full-time faculty, 9-monthly contract. The typical workload includes teaching, program coordination, scholarly activity, service, advising, and School and/or University committee assignment.
Texas Law requires a 60 day waiting period before new state employees are eligible to enroll in health insurance.
