Property Tax Law firm located in Midtown East, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Long Term Temporary Executive Assistant to support two of the firm's Partners. This position will start ASAP through December 2024, requiring 5 days in the office. Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm with ability to flex hours as needed. Pay rate up to $40/hour DOE.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Partner's with professional arrangements in the office
Handle scheduling, calendar management, phones, emails, and greeting guests
Help with various tasks around the office throughout the day to day
Ensure Partners are timely for appointments and meetings
Qualifications:
3-5+ years administrative experience in a corporate setting
High attention to detail
Professional and positive demeanor with high emotional intelligence
