Our client, a leading financial advisory firm, seeks a motivated, organized Recruiting coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses past experience handling high-volume scheduling, has prior financial or professional services industry experience, and has familiarity with Greenhouse. Furthermore, strong communication skills, past HR experience, and supporting lateral recruitment are other key facets of the role. Bachelor's degree, required.
High-volume scheduling experience.
Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS System).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in a recruiting support role, preferred.
The hourly rate for this position is $30-$40/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
