Our client, a prominent non-profit organization, seeks a versatile HR Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses multiple years of experience fielding complaints from work sites, gathering information regarding benefits, and has supported recruitment teams. A willingess to take initiative and a transparent demeanor are key attributes that will make somebody successful in this position. 3+ years of HR related experience.
Bachelor's Degree, required.
Previous compliance and employment law experience, preferred.
Familiarity with handling complaints from work sites and gathering information for benefits, preferred.
Previous recruiting support experience, preferred.
The hourly rate range for this role is $28-$32/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
