Our client, a leading professional services firm, seems a dynamic HRIS administrator to join their team. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the ideal candidate will extensive experience utilizing and implementing Workday, an understanding of HR operations, and have strong Microsoft Office Skills. Furthermore, a strong analytical background, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are other characteristics of the ideal candidate. Experience working within a Global HR environment is ideal, as well as experience handling employee data is necessary to have success in this role. Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related HR/HRIS experience, required.
2+ years of experience working with Workday, required.
Exposure to HR systems and operations.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Exceptional analytical problemsolving abilities.
The salary range for this role is $80-$100k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
