As the Director of Operations for our client's manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. You will play a crucial role in driving productivity, quality, and safety standards while managing a team of departmental managers and supervisors.
The role will primarily be based in Grapevine, but will have management oversight over warehouse leads in mutlistate loctions.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Oversee daily operations to meet production targets and customer demands while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor production schedules and adjust them as needed to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet regulatory standards and customer specifications.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
Optimize inventory levels to balance production efficiency with cost management.
Prepare and manage the operations budget, including capital expenditure projects and cost-saving initiatives.
Analyze financial reports and performance data to make informed decisions.
