Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Program/Project Manager for Security Innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Program/Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee multiple security innovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Innovation Leadership: Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge security solutions, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to gather requirements, align project goals, and ensure successful project delivery
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with security projects, ensuring that all potential issues are addressed proactively
Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and external vendors, to ensure efficient project execution
Performance Tracking: As a Program/Project Manager, you will monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews
Compliance: Ensure all security innovation projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance the organization's security innovation capabilities
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on security or technology innovation
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies; Experience with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira)
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex security projects and identify innovative solutions
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving project success
Certifications: PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
