Job Title: Senior Product Testing Analyst - HOKA Apparel and Accessories

Reports to: Development Director, HOKA Apparel and Accessories

Location: Portland, OR

The Role

The HOKA Senior Product Testing Analyst will help lead all parts of the product testing process, from the creation of best practices, and seasonal test plans, to the execution of testing, mentoring analysts and communication with the product creation organization.

The Senior Product Testing Analyst will be a leader on our Product Testing team and work closely with our Product Development, Product, Design, and Innovation teams supporting our product testing strategy and providing concise and meaningful test information to contribute to the continuous improvement of our apparel and accessories.

A strong candidate for this role is experienced in apparel product testing, can use their expertise to create innovative solutions, has a passion for the athlete, wants to mentor a growing team, and has a strong voice to ensure that HOKA product testing helps to ensure that our apparel exceeds consumer expectations of fit, performance, and durability while remaining true to the HOKA spirit.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Lead testing across multiple categories, genders, and complexity of product. Mentor and train new and existing Analysts to ensure consistency across testing. Apply a strong understanding of product testing to ensure that the best information, in a timely manner, is presented to our product creation teams. Assist in the creation of product testing best practices. Be an expert in survey creation, leading focus group and interviews.

We'd love to hear from people with


  • High school degree required.

  • Two or four-year college degree or equivalent, with coursework or solid experience in research methodology, test design and analysis.

  • 8 to 10 years' experience in a work context where research, data collection, and results analysis were a significant part of the job.

  • 5 to 8 years' experience in the apparel industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of product testing as a key part of the Apparel and Accessories product creation process.

  • 1 to 2 years' experience training/mentoring new team members.

  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and product testing software.

  • Understanding of apparel materials and production processes.
