We are seeking an independent thinker with excellent problem-solving skills who can play an important role in running Cybersecurity as a business.In this role, you will collect, organize and analyze data, maintain resource management plans, and provide comprehensive analysis that aids in aligning cybersecurity initiatives and services with business objectives, ensuring that investments add value and reduce cyber risk across the enterprise.This position will report to the Director of Service Delivery within the McKesson Cybersecurity team, and collaborate with leaders across the team.



Cybersecurity Business Metrics & Analysis:



In this role, you will focus on the meticulous gathering and monitoring of business data to support service value assessment. By analyzing key performance indicators related to service delivery, cost management, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, you will support service managers in making operational and strategic decisions.Your role will also include maintaining and organizing Cybersecurity third-party vendor contract information to include financial, entitlements, milestones, and resource information in order to monitor supplier services and activities supporting the cybersecurity organization.Additionally, you will provide analysis and support identification of opportunities to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.



Resource Capacity Planning:



In this role, you will support resource capacity planning across the Cybersecurity service area, collaborating closely with project leaders, service managers, and financial teams to support effective resource distribution to meet demands of the teams. You will be tasked with maintaining the Cybersecurity service operational model in Planview, including ongoing changes for programs, projects and resource data. You will ensure resources are recording work time accurately and in a timely manner.You will collaborate with Corporate Finance and Portfolio teams to insure alignment to enterprise reporting requirements. This role will develop ad hoc and deliver regular resource management reports and metrics to guide leaders with resource allocation decisions.You will evaluate resource needs for existing and prospective projects, as well as ongoing cybersecurity operations, and employ this analysis to support Cybersecurity leadership in making operational and strategic business decisions.Additionally, you will scrutinize budget and resourcing forecasts to assure economical resource distribution and ensure data integrity across multiple tools and spreadsheets with the latest information.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of experience with business, project and/or financial metrics analysis involving information technology (to include 1+ years of resource capacity planning and analysis experience).


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.





Preferred Experience/Skills:



  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.


  • Experience with technology services and/or projects within complex environments, to include cybersecurity.


  • Project management and portfolio management experience.


  • Experience with Planview; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.


  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Our Base Pay Range for this position



$116,700 - $194,500
