The Reverse Logistics Liaison serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders that impact the return to vendor process. The role will collaborate and interact extensively with DC Operations, Reverse Distributors, Customer Returns Team, and FP&A to successfully service McKesson vendor unsaleable returns.
Key Responsibilities
DC, Reverse Distributor & finance relationship
Works with DCs to help reduce controllable unsaleable returns related expenses. Creates monthly scorecard of expenses.
Service as primary DC contact for Inmar/PharmaLink questions - process questions, Certificate of Destruction, etc.
Create ASNs as needed from DVRs.
Data Analysis and ad hoc requests
Reclamation analysis and trending, identification of root cause.
Understand data structure and provide guidance for the best way for other analysts to access the specified data, as needed
Work with FSS (Financial Services & Solutions) Policy Government team, DC Operations, and Enterprise Analytics to maintain NCV (no credit vendor) and DRTV (direct return to vendor) lists
Communication with Stakeholders and Leadership team
Provide high-level updates for various projects or initiatives, as needed
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Business Experience -
5+ years of business or accounting experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Account/Client Management, Finance, Distribution
Critical Skills -
Healthy skepticism/intellectually curious - asks the why / hard questions
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, customer service and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work independently and take full accountability
Intermediate to advanced in both Excel and SQL
Working Conditions:
Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) -
Traditional office environment.
Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) -
Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.

$71,200 - $118,600
