Our Water Goup is looking for a Senior Wastewater Design Engineer to guide our engineering design process from design through completion.

Your Role:

• Serve as technical lead on all assigned projects, ensuring designs meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Apply advanced engineering principles to develop detailed design documents, specifications, and plans for wastewater treatment facilities. Work will include creating innovative systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.
• Evaluate existing wastewater treatment processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and project specialists to ensure design solutions are integrated, cost-effective, and aligned with project goals.
• Share your knowledge and expertise by mentoring junior engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
• 20+ years of experience, specifically in the engineering design process
• Registered PE in Florida
• Must be willing to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Must be willing to mentor junior staff and knowledge-share
• This position could require periodic travel, approximately 15% or more
