Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
Tracking all SNAP A&E Drawings to ensure they have the correct SOW.
Will be required to work in multiple systems
Manage project budgets
Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project team
Ensure that all parties know the project status and see each project is released to construction on time.
Conduct deployment calls
Provide clear communication to the building owner about the changes needed to get the SNAP project approved
Must Have Skills (Most Important):
FUZE Real Estate and package routing
2 or more years Telecommunication Real Estate Project management
5 or more years Telecommunication Leasing agreements
Desired Skills:
Distributed Antenna System Real Estate Environmental and NPEA knowledge
Distributed Antenna System pricing negotiation
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor from an Accredited University or 5 or more years in Telecommunication Real Estate.
