We're seeking a dedicated and qualified RN to join our team as an Assistant Unit Supervisor in our Sub-Acute Rehab Unit. This full-time (37.5 hours/week) position offers professional development and the chance to make a real difference.



What you'll do:



Collaborate with the Unit Supervisor on clinical rounds, focusing on high-risk patients.


Ensure accurate and up-to-date unit records, including RCC, MDS, pharmacy, immunizations, etc.


Maintain meticulous documentation within the Electronic Health Records (EHR).


Champion a high standard of patient care, aligning with our unit's mission and vision.



What you bring:



Current RN license in Pennsylvania.


Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting.


Leadership potential and a desire to mentor staff.


Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.


A passion for quality patient care.



Schedule:



Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm


Every other weekend and holiday rotation (flexible schedule)


The Assistant Med/Surge Unit Supervisor is on our Sub-Acute Rehab Unit and offers learning and


growth potential. The Assistant Unit Supervisor aids the Unit Supervisor with clinical rounds focusing


on high-risk patients. The Assistant Unit Supervisor maintains unit records (RCC, MDS, pharmacy,


immunizations, etc.) and completes/audits documentation of Electronic Health Records. This position


enhances the standard of patient care on this fast-paced unit in alignment with our mission and vision.



Requirements:



• Licensed RN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania


• At least 1 year of nursing supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare setting.


• Must have the confidence and ability to learn to lead and mentor staff.


• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills.


• Equivalent combination of education
