The Account Manager will be servicing and overseeing the relationship with our long term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas of South Florida. Under general supervision of the Account Executive Manager, in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.
The Account Manager must have a good understanding of the solution to provide adequate support and maintain long-term relationships. Along with demonstrating excellent customer service performance and consistence with SpecialtyRx mission and values.
Responsibilities
Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilitiesRespond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilitiesAbility to relate to client needsWork with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issuesPerform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparationAudit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expiredAudit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expiredDevelop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities

Qualifications
LPN or Pharmacy Technician Florida License preferredLong Term Care Pharmacy experience preferredExtensive knowledge of health care proceduresAbility to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed informationDriven and motivated problem-solverAbility to work independently and team playerGood organizational and interpersonal skillsA valid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredWilling to drive long distances in the State of Florida
