Uber Freight is looking for an experienced System Integration Analyst/Business Analyst to join our implementation team. In this role, you will be working directly with new and existing clients and analyzing their transportation needs through an information technology scope and collaborating with teams within Uber Freight on innovative solutions to meet their needs. This role will require knowledge of IT system integrations (EDI X12, JSON, XML), troubleshooting and database queries using SQL. You will also be immersed in supply chain and shipping processes across a wide array of industries that is constantly evolving around analytics and technology.
What the Candidate Will Do
Serve as the technical leader on assigned projects/tasks
Provide configuration support to legacy customers within stated SLA of 3 business days
Elicit, understand, document, test, and support, business requirements presented by internal and external stakeholders;
Collaborate with cross functional peers to design a solution that supports the customer’s business cases and encompasses industry standard best practices
Effectively convey business requirements to business users, developers, and customers
Provide a baseline estimate of effort for assigned projects; update that estimate once the details of the future state are approved
Log time as instructed and on time week over week
Gain and maintain a thorough and practical understanding of how TMS modules, features, and functionality are implemented to satisfy the needs of a customer
Serve as the liaison between Solutions Development/Operations/Customer and the broader IT development org
Learn Operations use of the system and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead multiple assignments simultaneously and meet all deliverables on time

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
0-1 year of related experience, Entry level professional (supply chain / IT systems management / requirements documentation)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2+ years of Business Analysis experience
Analytical aptitude
Leadership qualities, e.g. presents well and articulate
Organized but flexible
Transportation, Logistics, or Supply chain experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of basic project management principles
Excellent troubleshooting skills and PL/SQL experience
