Hall's Culligan of Santa Ana is searching for an experienced Route Manager to lead our Route and Regeneration teams. The Route Manager is responsible for ensuring a successful route operation, route and customer retention, and new hire growth.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the departmental budgets-revenue and costs.
Responsible for the continued growth of route delivery and improvement of customer service.
Daily monitoring of new customers for accurate routing, product needs and customer requests
Responsible for hiring, retention, and training of all delivery staff as needed.
Perform scheduled ride-alongs with all route staff. Minimum of 2 per week.
Evaluate route delivery employee work practices on an ongoing basis.
Develop individual growth plans and accurately track sales for all route delivery staff.
Responsible for ensuring truck operation safety practices are being followed.
Responsible for ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
Responsible for organizing and assigning daily route directives for route delivery staff.
Responsible for ensuring all department staff follow company guidelines, safety practices and standard operating procedures.
Monitor daily work orders to ensure all route delivery staff are completing assigned stops accurately and timely.
Manage customer quit reduction tracking and analysis.
Manage the maintenance on all vehicles of the dealership, to include keeping up with regular oil changes, regularly scheduled maintenance, making decisions on where vehicles need to be sent.
Qualifications:
Must maintain a valid Driver’s License
Must be able to successfully pass a DOT Physical, & DOT Drug Screen.
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen per Company requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to successfully pass, and maintain a driving record check to be insurable by the Company in order to operate a company vehicle
Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs. on a repetitive basis
Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the duties required of this position
Minimum of 1-2 years of route experience.
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience hiring, training, and supervising employees is preferred
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity
Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment
Demonstrated competency in Windows, and other software platforms
