We are seeking an experienced Power Automate lead to spearhead our automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing automated workflows and processes, with a focus on Power Automate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
7+yrs of exp. Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and RPA.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Develop, test, and implement automated workflows, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Power Automate developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automate workflow and integrations
Maintain documentation of automation process, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
Stay updated with the latest developments in power automate and related technologies and implement best practices.
Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure successful integration of automation solutions.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to promote the adoption of automated process.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Power Automate lead or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of automation projects.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
Strong understanding of API integration and data connectors.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile Methodologies
Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
