Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Human Capital Strategy Consultant to provide expert guidance and leadership in human capital analytics and strategy development. In this role, you will lead the collection and analysis of human capital data, identify challenges, and develop actionable solutions and recommendations. You will collaborate closely with program managers and clients to provide strategic advice and technical expertise, shaping business solutions that align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media initiatives, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Ability to collect human capital information / data; define problems; lead discussions, author studies or findings to provide solutions, advice, consult. Provide analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing strategy related to human capital. Extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program managers and clients in developing business solutions. Develop marketing campaigns, plans, manages social media pertaining to business development. Up to 5% of occasional travel will be required for this role.
