CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide assistance within the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This support includes, but is not limited to:

· Analyze, summarize, and identify trends and issues relating to budget execution, including development of Spend Plans and tracking of expenditures.

· Review and prepare funding packages for appropriated funds (O&M, Procurement and RDT&E) using IE Financial Tracking System and DAI.

· Evaluate funding guidance and resource levels for adequacy in supporting program mission and objectives.

· Review and assess impact of changes in both functional and financial regulations, policies, and guidance.

· Consult management on budget strategies and techniques and use of financial management products.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· Bachelor’s Degree in financial field

· Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance required.

· Minimum 4 years of DOD financial management experience

· Ability to work on site in a SCIF 5 days a week
