Sr. Finance Analyst - Operations Our Vue Forward

This position reports into an open M1 position in Brazil (interim to David Oliveira) and is based in New Jersey

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities of the role are:

• Be the finance liaison for estimating, tracking and developing financial controls for operations restructuring projects
• Business partnering with Operations Transformation Office Sr. Director
• Connect with all finance business partners for the multiple Operations initiatives under the "Vue Forward" program
• Develop and implement governance model to track actuals and forecast updates for all of the Operations initiatives under the "Vue Forward" program
• Connect with controllership to ensure accurate actual expenses and Capital for all initiatives under "Vue forward" program
• Report Operations initiatives under the "Vue Forward" program to Kenvue Transformation office
• Ensure accurate OneStream reporting of all Operations initiatives under the "Vue Forward" program

Required Qualifications

• A minimum work experience of 4 years
• Fluency In English
• Minimum bachelor's degree required
• Experience with finance Systems: ERPs, OneStream
