Our client specializes in Construction, Environmental and Compliance services for federal, state, and municipal governments. Headquartered in Washington, D.C. with supporting offices in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida, delivering a wide variety of contracts within the DMV area. Since 2018, they've successfully completed nearly 500 assignments, mainly within the education space.



Your new role


Looking for a Senior Superintendent to help them enhance the current team of 4 Superintendents as well as contractors for the summer. Will need experience with projects in the federal, state, and municipal gov sectors, ideally having completed school projects throughout the DMV.



What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years experience in a Superintendent position
  
  


• OSHA 30 & First Aid Certified
  
  


• Experience in the education space is preferred
  
  


• Experience leading/managing other superintendents
