Our client is seeking an I VMS- AI Process Delivery Manager in Celebration FL.


Role Description


We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the AI COE to develop, implement, and manage standardized processes, automate administration, fostering a vibrant community of AI practitioners, and creating tools and resources to support COE activities.


Responsibilities:


Process Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage standardized processes for the GenAI COE.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define new processes and ensure alignment with business goals.


Community Management:
• Establish and manage a vibrant online community (e.g., Slack, Teams ) for AI practitioners within the organization.
• Develop an engagement strategy to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration within the community.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to organize and facilitate workshops, events, and training sessions for the AI community.
• Champion the GenAI COE as a central hub for AI resources and expertise.


Tool Development and Administration:
• Create and manage tools and resources to support COE activities, such as SharePoint sites, presentations, Dashboards, and Viva team sites.
• Manage use case pipeline, COE mailbox.
• Collaborate with the procurement team and the infrastructure team to track AI tool cost and billing
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of AI tools and resources.
• Leverage AI technologies to create engagement materials
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI tools and technologies.


Skills & Requirements


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in process improvement or project management.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operational procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with knowledge management tools and content creation platforms (SharePoint, Viva, etc.).
• Experience in building dashboards and forms using tools such as Smartsheets, PowerBI, and Airtables.
• Working knowledge of various GenAI tools and AI technologies (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong presentation and visual skills to create compelling executive messages and slides.
BA in Business, Engineering, or related, or equiv exp.
