Job Summary:
Creating sales orders, including order entry, fulfillment, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Handling customer complaints and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, including authorizing RMAs. Setting up new customer accounts and ensuring that the proper data is collected, organized, and categorized. Troubleshooting inventory issues, gathering missing information in Salesforce. Ability to think out of the box and hands on attitude.

Experience Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales operations role in healthcare, preferably medical devices
Experience with a CRM and ERP system.
Strong Microsoft Office experience.
Experience managing sales order process

Other Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (preferably Tableau).
