Quality/Sanitation Supervisor
The Land O'Lakes Supply Chain & Operations division provides strategic leadership across the company's many business units. The team plays a significant role in fueling revenue growth and profitability through operational excellence, quality, process improvement and innovation. By partnering closely with Finance, Marketing and Human Resources, the team delivers value to Land O'Lakes business units, members and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance efforts, ensuring products meet rigorous standards.


• Supervise laboratory operations, including equipment and testing protocols.


• Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and company specifications.


• Maintain meticulous records, both electronic and physical.


• Develop and enforce sanitation programs aligned with Global Food Safety Standards.


• Conduct internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality and safety metrics.


• In the absence of the Quality Manager, oversee the QA Department's operations.

Education / Experience Required:

• Bachelor Degree and 3+ years of experience in a corporate setting.


• Seeking 3+ years' experience in an auditing capacity adhering to Federal and State Laws


• 3+ years of proven leadership skills with a successful track record of driving change.


• Solid communication skills with track record of coaching/mentoring talent


• Proficient computer skills with MS Office, knowledge of enterprise system is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HACCP and food safety programs


• Analytical problem-solving skills and a solid grasp of statistics and process improvement


• Prior experience working for Fortune 500 company desired
