US Brick has a current vacancy to join our diverse and dynamic company as a Auxiliary Grinding Room Operator. This role will report directly to the Grinding Supervisor.

What you will be doing:

As a backup Auxiliary, Run and monitor Grinding Department machinery and conveyors
Sweep and clean work area, empty hoppers, run forklift, paint as needed,
Run heavy equipment- loader, backhoe, forklift as needed
Actively participate in all safety programs and training including lock out | tag out
Identify areas of spillage and dust emission so that we can work to lower silica exposure in department
Cross training in this department is required
Follow all safety, quality, production, environmental policy, and procedures
Be a good team member, assisting others as needed in a helpful way
Contribute to team effort by performing other assigned duties as needed
