RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in the Milwaukee, WI area is seeking a Shared Services Accounting Manager.

Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on leader that has high energy, and can work in a fast-paced, results oriented environment. The Accounting Manager will be accountable for leading the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions of the Company. This role reports to the Corporate Controller.

Duties:

• Reviewing customer contracts


• Customer billing


• Revenue recognition


• Collections


• Cash application


• Managing the AR aging


• Entering vendor bills


• Paying vendors and subcontractors


• 1099 reporting


• Managing the company's credit card program


• Supporting the accounting close process


• Recruiting


• Development and coaching of team members


• Performing other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting


• CPA preferred


• 7-10 years of experience


• People management experience


• Extensive experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions


• NetSuite experience would be a plus


• Working Conditions: Mainly in office; Can offer some flexibility-manager's discretion

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
