RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in the Downtown Milwaukee, WI area is looking for a Financial Analyst.

Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the optimization of our Client's capital performance, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and enhancing liquidity. The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of Treasury & Financial Risk. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, strong financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CTP, FPAC) is a plus


• 2-5 years of experience in progressive finance roles


• 1-2 years of previous experience working with capital management and/or corporate finance


• Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred


• Working capital/treasury experience preferred and very important to the role


• Working Conditions: Hybrid

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
