RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Functional SME in Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your strong functional knowledge of SAP in the Federal Financial modules including FI/CO, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting(AM), Funds Management(BCS/FM), Procurement for Public Sector (SRM/PPS), Budget Planning System (BPS) (Budget formulation and 3-year rolling forecast, BW/BOBJ (FI/CO, BCS/FM, MM, AM, IdM reports) SRM/PPS reporting, Tax/travel SAP functional, SAP HR/Payroll, Purchase Card (Pcard), etc.


• Employ your hands on experience in the design of SAP solutions, confirming configuration, leading planning and development, testing, training, and deployment preparation, working closely with cross functional team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience acceptable; SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus


• 15 years of proven experience as an SAP functional lead consultant


• Experience managing and leading functional and technical teams. Hands-on experience in the migration of SAP solution/s to S/4HANA, to include a Federal government experience


• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle implementations, including configuration, testing, and post-implementation support


• SAP Functional SME experience with the analysis, design, configuration, test, and deployment of SAP Federal Financial modules


• Functional in either Travel/CONCUR, Purchase Card, PCard or Procurement for Public Sector (PPS)


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills


• Strong communication and teamwork abilities


• Project management skills for leading migration projects


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions


• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
