Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Answer the phone

  • Greet customers ( find out the purpose of the visit, retail or commercial )

  • Accept and process credit card payments at the counter and over the phone

  • Process over the counter sales ( cash sales)

  • Mail - open, stamp photocopy and distribute

  • Assist with work orders

  • Pre and post install client follow up communication

  • Handle material only post sale follow up

  • Maintain Price List Files

  • Maintain file cabinets and filing

  • Overnight mail

  • Assist with company event coordination

  • Schedule Lunch and Learns with vendors for Floors Etc. employees

  • General office duties

  • Back up to showroom assistant


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES NECESSARY:



  • Excellent communication skills

  • Multiline Phone

  • Microsoft Office
