Job Tile: Jr. Payroll Admin
Location: Azusa, CA
Pay Rate: $21-23Entry $22-26-EXP.
Schedule: FLEXIBLE ( 7AM-4:30) LATEST START TIME 8AM
Type: temp-to-hire
Duties:
Calculate hours on Timecards to determine how to allocate time.
Prepares, audits, and sends weekly payroll data for all field employees, including any corrections from previous work weeks.
Enters inventory, runs reports and verifies all documentation that has been collected for Month End requirements.
Collect Month End Fuel information, enter data and compile reports monthly.
Enters material, labor and miscellaneous costing data in jobCore.
Assists and supports Productions Manager and Cost Analyst with other miscellaneous job-related duties as needed.
Ensures compliance to SOX Audit Requirements.
Enters data on the various metric tracking tools.
Communicates with Sales teams via Salesforce when additional information or documents are needed to support Production.
Communicates with Jobcore Data Entry Dept directly or via Salesforce when additional information or setup changes or corrections are needed to support Production.
Enters follow up data on pending setups and Additional Work Requests and transfers material and labor as needed.
Sends required information to IBP Corp Departments.
Responsible for interbranch material transfer process.


Requirements:
Constructions Industry highly desired
Bilingual - is a plus
Experience with payroll and basic financial duties
