We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technology Associate to play a pivotal role in our Cell Therapy Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing laboratory activities, providing crucial support for Supporting the manufacturing process transfer and execution for CAR-T cell therapy, including cell culture, expansion, and downstream processing.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the manufacturing process for CAR-T cell therapy, including cell culture, expansion, and downstream processing.
Assisting in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
Makes detailed observations, analyzes data, and interprets results.
Presents findings at internal meetings and may contribute to the preparation of reports and protocols.
Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to manufacturing activities and Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Execute laboratory experiments and support manufacturing investigations to advance the Cell Therapy Program.
Provide hands-on support for manufacturing process activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or associate Degree preferably in Science or Engineering, preferable having Biology education.
0-2 years of applicable experience
Upstream Technology Transfer experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of GMP manufacturing principles and documentation.
Ability to apply critical thinking to solve problems and work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
