Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM until completion.



Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment
Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse | Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures | Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space | Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment

Be able to run start up meetings , communicate daily agenda to team.



Process Knowledge



Responsible for training and coaching associates in:


  • Receiving by PO/ASN with help of packing list/BOLs.

  • Inbound processes, including Receiving, Put Away, Replens, Cycle Counts, Returns and ASR Induction.

  • Comfortable with outlook, word and excel. Good communications with outside vendors are a must.

  • Candidate must be able to learn and perform outbound and inbound functions in which they are not already proficient.

  • Must be able to operate and become certified of Walkie pallet rider and OP forklift.

  • Must learn and process 3T and DSCSA receiving. Must learn Discrepancy process.

  • Help to receive with Covid Pos and special Pos.




Minimum Skills:



  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience




Critical skills:



  • Critical thinking skills - root cause analysis

  • Basic Math - add/subtract/multiply/divide.

  • Good Communication skills:

    • speak with individuals to explain processes.

    • ability to create process SOPs and observation notes.



  • PC use - basic data entry, Excel, Word, Outlook

  • E1/RF/RF web - look up product info, locations, cycle count history; use RF unit

Our Base Pay Range for this position



$18.56 - $30.94
